Nicki, Bob, Nellie, and Marie came over for Saturday dinner and the food was yummy. We served the main dish in the tagine that Kathie got for us in Morocco.
Le menu was grilled shrimp plus skewers of zucchini, yellow squash, coyote squash, and roasted red bell peppers. Spanikopita, toasted pita, and marinated artichoke hearts were accompanied by tzatziki sauce, lemon tahini sauce, and humus. A watermelon-feta-basil salad with balsamic glaze was also featured.
