Kadomatsu

There will be a Kadomatsu workshop in the HDRG Atrium today.  Caro and I plan on attending.

As it turned out, it was sunny but chilly with a light breeze.  The gathering was small, mostly garden staff.  A few lucky visitors who wandered in by accident were pleased to see the event.

As usual, Maria and Richard put together the big displays for the Sasebo entrance gate.  We came away with two smaller ones for our entryway.  It took some doing with a pair of pots purchased at the water garden, gravel scrounged from the yard, and a trip to Lowe's for sand.
