It's my second Monday on duty for data collection with Nature's Notebook. Gerri Hura will be joining me while Sheila Conneen is out of action following hand surgery last week. The weather forecast is good.
But before I head out to the Botanic Garden, Justin is coming over to give us an estimate on what he can and can't fix around the house. We've got some cracks in the grout, cracks in the back cinderblock wall, a bit of wall to build between our gate and the new place next door, a loose hose bib, and a problem with the sink-countertop joint in the kitchen.
Meanwhile, Vicki and Baldo will be cleaning house, so Caro and I will be escaping for lunch. Afterwards, Rx pickup at VCA for Henry's eyedrops.
All in all, a busy day.
