The Southeast Bed and Turtles

Baldo and I pushed through a couple heavy days with about a half ton of bricks and a full ton of topsoil to finish up the new raised bed next to the bonsai area.  There was some carpentry and some chisel work on the footings of the neighbor's new wall, but in the end, it came out well.

In other news, both turtles were up and about yesterday morning.  Neither was very active considering the 50° morning temperatures.  Weights were good and I got some rehydrated food in front of them.  I'll be heading up to Petsmart to get live food soon.
